Urban Excellence Coach Academy
The Urban Excellence Coach Academy is a nine-month, International Coach Federation (ICF)–accredited training program designed to develop world-class professional coaches who lead with excellence, integrity, and purpose. The ICF is globally recognized as the gold standard for coach education and credentialing, representing the highest level of professionalism and ethics in the coaching industry.
Led by
ICF-Credentialed Professional Certified Coaches (PCC)
and a team of experienced mentor coaches, participants gain a strong foundation in the
ICF Core Competencies, Code of Ethics,
and best practices in coaching business development and practice management.
This comprehensive, experiential program blends live instruction, mentoring, and peer practice to help students master the art and science of transformational coaching.
Through
live online classes
and a vibrant, interactive learning community, students receive personalized mentorship, professional development, and supervised practicum experience that prepares them for ICF certification. Each participant also serves as part of the
Urban Excellence Community Coaching Corps,
offering sliding-scale and pro bono coaching to individuals in underserved communities—ensuring that transformational growth and personal development are accessible to all.
