The Retreat for Purpose Driven Business & Community Leaders

Saturday, September 6, 2025

We bring together the best of three worlds—
think tank, mastermind, and resource hub—to create a dynamic space where ideas become action and vision becomes reality.

As a think tank, we explore bold, forward-thinking solutions to the complex challenges facing urban communities. As a mastermind, we unite diverse, purpose-driven leaders in a collaborative environment where experiences are shared, strategies are refined, and opportunities are sparked. And as a resource hub, we equip our members with the tools, training, and connections they need to put those opportunities into motion.

Our model is built on collaboration, grounded in real-world expertise, and designed to help leaders not only dream big, but achieve measurable, lasting change.
