Kim Anthony is the CEO of Urban Ingenuity, LLC, a social impact consulting and innovation firm based in Los Angeles, CA. She is an award-winning entrepreneur, transformational speaker, business strategist, leadership coach, and expert in nonprofit development, economic mobility, and purpose-driven enterprise.

Known for her clarity, creativity, and deep commitment to impact, Kim brings a rare blend of business acumen and heart-centered leadership to every endeavor. Her work bridges sectors—supporting entrepreneurs, nonprofits, institutions, and civic leaders in turning bold ideas into sustainable solutions that transform communities.

Every year, the Nobel Peace Prize is presented on her birthday—December 10. Since discovering this beautiful connection, she has had the honor of attending the Nobel Peace Prize Ceremonies in Oslo, Norway—twice.
