Urban Ingenuity 1.0 · The Retreat for Purpose-Driven Entrepreneurs is a one-day, facilitated retreat for purpose-driven business and community leaders to connect, collaborate, and grow together—anchored in our commitment to help leaders Reimagine Possible. In a curated, invitation-only setting, participants brainstorm bold ideas, share expertise, and exchange proven strategies to help each other succeed.

Through guided mastermind discussions, targeted networking, and peer-to-peer problem solving, leaders build meaningful relationships, explore innovative solutions, and gain fresh perspectives.

Attendees leave with actionable next steps and a trusted network of allies committed to mutual success, measurable impact, and the belief that what’s possible can always be reimagined.

Urban Ingenuity 2.0 · Mastermind Weekend is a “mindset reset” for creating extraordinary results in your personal and professional life. Building on the momentum of The Gathering, this weekend guides leaders through a powerful process to uncover and reframe the hidden beliefs that either propel success or hold it back.


Through immersive exercises, candid dialogue, and expert coaching, participants break through limiting assumptions, strengthen their mindset, and align their actions with their vision.


This transformative weekend is a prerequisite for Vision and Accomplishment: 90 Days @ 100 Percent, ensuring every participant enters with the clarity, focus, and inner readiness to excel.

What would be possible if you devoted 90 days to optimizing your best self, your business, and your boldest ideas? Affectionately known as 90 Days @ 100 Percent, this program challenges purpose-driven leaders to operate at their highest level—consistently and intentionally. Over the course of 12 weeks, participants set ambitious goals, design clear action plans, and engage fully with the strategies, support, and accountability needed to achieve them.

Through weekly mastermind sessions, targeted coaching, and real-time problem solving, you’ll refine your vision, strengthen your leadership, and accelerate progress toward measurable, lasting results.

Kim Anthony is a nationally respected consultant, speaker, and strategist with more than 30 years of experience leading community and economic development initiatives. As the founder of Urban Ingenuity, she has helped launch, manage, and scale hundreds of purpose-driven organizations and projects across the country.

Known for her clarity, creativity, and deep commitment to impact, Kim brings a rare blend of business acumen and heart-centered leadership to every endeavor. Her work bridges sectors—supporting entrepreneurs, nonprofits, institutions, and civic leaders in turning bold ideas into sustainable solutions that transform communities.

Fun Fact

She was born not only on the same day, but just five minutes before Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize. Every year, the Nobel Peace Prize is presented on her birthday—December 10. Since discovering this beautiful connection, she has had the honor of attending the Nobel Peace Prize Ceremonies in Oslo, Norway—twice.
