Nonprofit Leadership Academy

The Launch & Lead Nonprofit Leadership Development Program is a 12-week, cohort-based intensive designed to empower emerging nonprofit founders and leaders with the knowledge, structure, and confidence to build thriving, mission-driven organizations that make measurable community impact.

Through a blend of expert instruction, hands-on learning, and peer collaboration, participants receive step-by-step guidance through every stage of nonprofit launch and growth — from clarifying vision and mission to completing legal formation, developing programs, creating budgets, designing strategic plans, and mastering fund development. Each week builds on the last, transforming ideas into actionable strategies that set organizations on a path to sustainability and success.

What makes Launch & Lead unique is its emphasis on experiential learning and real-world leadership. Participants don’t just learn theory — they practice engagement by hosting Jeffersonian Dinners, small-group gatherings that cultivate authentic connections and invite meaningful community support. The program culminates in a dynamic Demo Day, where founders pitch their vision to potential funders, partners, and community allies.

The experience concludes with a Launch Event Celebration, a powerful public platform where each participant officially introduces their organization, shares their story, and steps boldly into their role as a nonprofit leader—ready to serve their community with excellence, clarity, and purpose.
